Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original CENDRÉ gift box and protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
